Rayvan Ho is the founder and CEO of ACKTEC Technologies. They have led the company since its inception, overseeing overseas operations in China and Indonesia, fundraising efforts, and the development of strategic alliances. Prior to ACKTEC, they served as Branch Head at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from 1998 to 2013, where they managed key projects and developed crisis management and operations experience after training as an Air Traffic Controller. They were the Director of Business Development at Aedno Learning Group from 2013 to 2015, overseeing the growth of new schools and partnerships, including establishing IGCSE syllabus in Laos, Indonesia, and Singapore. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (2001–2004).
