Vijayan M

Vijayan M has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Vijayan started their career as a L1support Engineer at ALTEN Calsoft Labs in 2016, where they handled both Windows and Linux OS installation and troubleshooting, mail configuration, and Bit locker configurations. Vijayan then moved on to ALTEN Calsoft Labs as a Technical Support Engineer in 2017, providing L1 support for LAN and WAN issues and installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. In 2018, they became a Systems Engineer at ALTEN Calsoft Labs, where they handled L1/L2 support for LAN and WAN issues, troubleshooting computer hardware and network components, and supporting help desks for over 1000 employees. Since 2020, Vijayan has been working at ACL Digital, first as a Senior Engineer, resolving ticket issues related to Windows, Microsoft applications, and Network, and later as a Lead Engineer.

Vijayan M started their education in 2012, where they enrolled in K.S.Rangasamy College of Arts and Science. Vijayan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and completed it in the same year. Afterwards, they continued their education at Kongu Engineering College from 2012 to 2015. During this period, they focused on Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
