Sean Marx is the chief executive officer of Aclarify, a position they have held since 2024, where they lead a team delivering custom software solutions that help businesses streamline operations, modernize systems, and scale for the future. They are the co-founder and chief executive officer of Wrkbelt, since 2025, building the future of technology for the trades industry. From 1991 to 2018, they co-founded Give Something Back, Inc. and served as CEO, earning recognitions such as Bay Area’s Most Admired CEO (2011) and California Small Business of the Year (2005). They earned a BA in Economics (and a second in Art) from Occidental College (1983–1988).
