June Kim

June Kim is a Lecturer at UNSW Sydney, with a rich background in academia and multimedia. They have served as a Sessional Lecturer and Associate Lecturer at UNSW Art & Design, teaching various courses in animation, visual effects, and media arts. June has also held roles such as Teaching Assistant and Learning Technologist at Auckland University of Technology and was the Lead Editor, Animator, and Compositor at Flux Animation Studio Ltd from 2004 to 2012. They have actively contributed to professional organizations, serving as the SIGGRAPH 2024 Frontiers Program Chair and the SIGGRAPH Asia 2023 Conference Chair. June holds multiple degrees from Auckland University of Technology, including a Master’s Degree in Creative Technologies with Honours.
