Kadee Barrett

Kadee Barrett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kadee began their career as a Summer Naturalist at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in 2006, where they presented educational programs and discussed environmental issues. Kadee then worked as a Photography Lab Technician at the University of Puget Sound from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Kadee joined the Naval Postgraduate School as an Office Automation Assistant in 2008. Kadee also served as a Writing Center Tutor and Tutorial Center Tutor at Sonoma State University from 2007 to 2009, where they assisted students with their writing skills. In 2009, they worked as an On-call Naturalist at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, leading tours and presenting programs on marine life. Kadee then joined the California Academy of Sciences in 2010 as a Senior Specialty Tour Guide, where they created content and connected audiences to the science and research behind the exhibits. Finally, they joined ACME Technologies Inc. in 2017, initially working as a Product Support Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Client Services Manager.
