Britt Romstad

Britt Romstad is currently the Executive Director of Experience & Engagement at ACMI, where they lead and motivate a large team of Visitor Experience Guides and Volunteers, focusing on creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing the visitor experience at the museum. Previously, Britt held positions as the Visitor Services & Ticketing Manager and Head of Visitor Experience at ACMI from 2010 to 2019. In addition to their extensive experience in visitor engagement, Britt is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at the University of Melbourne.
