Chris Harris is an accomplished professional in the field of exhibitions and touring, currently serving as the Director of Exhibitions and Touring at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image since October 2004. With a strong background in strategic and business development for exhibition programs, Chris has led various roles within ACMI, including Senior Manager and Exhibitions Manager, overseeing the management and production of both temporary and permanent exhibitions. Recently, Chris held the position of Head of International Engagement at the Design Museum, focusing on international partnerships and touring activities. Previous experience includes project management and design roles at Megafun Pty Ltd and as a freelance project manager for diverse performing and visual arts projects. Chris holds education credentials from the S.A. School of Art and Marryatville High School.
