Brendan Ryan

Brendan is the Managing Director of Biocentric Partners Pty Ltd, which was established in 2003 to provide Strategic Consulting, Innovation and Advisory Services to assist and guide medium to large, predominantly family-owned, agri-food businesses pursuing growth and excellence. Brendan lives with his family near Toowoomba in regional southern Queensland.

Brendan has a career that commenced in Perth in 1987 as an Accountant and Farm Management Advisor with Chartered Accountants Bird Cameron after graduating with a Business Degree in Rural Management from Queensland Agricultural College (now University of Queensland - Gatton). He has lived and worked extensively in Queensland and regional New South Wales, with client and project engagements spread nationally and increasingly into Asia.

Brendan career has spanned Executive, Business Development roles and Directorships across a range of industries including Agribusiness/Agrifood/Agriculture, Accounting and Business Advisory, Banking and Finance, Retail and Information Technology, as well as Not for Profit Directorships. Brendan is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, as well as a number of other regional, industry and professional associations.
