Diego M. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Diego started their career as an Electronic Circuits Lab Monitor at the Departamento de Ingeniería Electrónica de la ETSIT-UPM in 2012. Diego then interned as an IT/Helpdesk Intern at Altura Markets S.V., S.A., where they provided technical support and upgraded reporting systems from 2014 to 2015.
Diego continued their professional journey as a New Students Mentor at Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación in 2015-2016. Following this, they interned as a Web/Mobile Applications Developer at TNT MEDIA & NETWORK CO., LTD., where they worked on Android app maintenance and improvement, data migration, and led the Cosmenet PWA project in 2016.
In 2018-2019, Diego worked as a Research Assistant at ZHAW Institut für angewandte Informationstechnologie (InIT), focusing on Cloud Native Applications and Code Smells. Diego conducted a systematic literature review, created a tutorial on FaaS development, and developed a tool for concurrent processing of code bases.
In 2019-2022, Diego took on multiple roles at Cyclops Labs GmbH and LEXIS Project. As a Software Engineer at Cyclops Labs, they optimized the accounting and billing stack and designed a customizable cloud analytics stack. At LEXIS Project, they were the Lead Developer for the WP8 Users Portal and also contributed to the accounting and billing solution integration.
During their time at Amazon in 2020-2021, Diego participated in the Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge as a member of the Genuine² Team. Diego worked on natural language processing and research for the competition.
Most recently, Diego joined TerraviewOS in 2021 as a Front End Lead Developer, where they led a multicultural team, created UI templates, and conducted UI/UX quality assessments. In 2022, they transitioned to a Software Engineer role.
Diego M. also began working as a Software Engineer at Acodis | Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) in 2022.
Diego M. pursued their education at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they enrolled in the Degree in Technology Engineering and Telecommunications Services (GITST) program in 2010. The exact date of completion of this degree is not provided.
