Patrick Pilastro

Patrick Pilastro is an accomplished professional in fund regulations and investment fund representation with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Fund Regulations and Vice President at Acolin since June 2018, Patrick has a strong background with prior roles including Fund Officer at Societe Generale Securities Services (November 2017 - May 2018) and Jurist / Team Leader at Carnegie Fund Services S.A. (May 2014 - October 2017), where the focus was on the representation of foreign investment funds in Switzerland, including UCITS and AIF. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Assistant in the Civil and Criminal Law Section of the Regional Court Bern-Mittelland in 2011. Patrick holds an MLaw in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Bern (2005 - 2010) and a certification as a Swiss Fund & Asset Management Officer from Fund Academy AG in Zürich (2015 - 2016).
