Theo Splinter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational and strategic leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Acolin since April 2021, Theo provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership while collaborating with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. Prior to this role, Theo was the Chief Operating Officer at Intertrust Group from June 2018 to April 2021, overseeing global operations for a publicly listed company with substantial annual revenues. Earlier career highlights include serving as COO of BNP Paribas Securities Services, where responsibilities included operational oversight of extensive UCITS assets, and multiple managing director positions at Credit Suisse, focusing on Prime Fund Services across EMEA and APAC regions. Theo's foundational experience in hedge fund administration began at The Citco Group Limited, where leadership roles spanned across the Pacific Rim region.
