Alison Guo

Dr. Alison Xinyi Guo holds a PhD in Education and has a background in psychology. As a former academic and researcher, they contributed to various media platforms and academic books, but later transitioned from academia to directly support communities, focusing on feminist research, women's health, and anti-sinophobia. Currently, Dr. Guo serves as a Community Engagement Officer at ACON, where they lead initiatives that promote inclusive cancer screening programs for LGBTQ+ communities. They are also an Advisory Board Member with The Australian Multicultural Health Collaborative, emphasizing the importance of health equity in multicultural settings.
