Aline Ohnmacht

Aline Ohnmacht has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Aline started their career in 2017 as a Werkstudentin Recruiting at Michael Page, where they worked until May 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Werkstudentin Recruiting at AKKA Automotive until August, and then joined scireum GmbH as a Recruiting Specialist/Talent Management until September 2020. Aline is currently working at ACONEXT, where they started as an HR Business Partner in September 2020 and is currently the Head of HR IT since March 2023.

Aline Ohnmacht completed their Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften B.Sc. at the University of Hohenheim from 2013 to 2016. Aline then pursued further education and obtained a Management Master degree, specializing in Master M.Sc., from the same university between 2016 and 2019.
