Dan Vikström

Dan Vikstrom's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Social Worker for Gavle Municipality. In 2014, they became a Security Guard at Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant for AVARN Security Sverige, where they performed security checks, surveillance, and patrolling. From 2018 to 2018, they worked for Tradestaff, a temporary work agency in New Zealand, where they took on various roles such as warehouse work, packing, construction, and demolition.

In 2019, Dan joined Apotekstjänst as a Warehouse Worker, handling tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting. Dan later became a Warehouse Clerk & Superuser, responsible for training new employees and improving stock management. In 2021, they were promoted to Foreman, leading warehouse operations and focusing on quality and efficiency. Dan left Apotekstjänst in October 2022 after transitioning to a new role as a Finance Assistant at Acorai, a startup company specializing in heart failure monitoring. In this position, their responsibilities included accounting, grant applications, research, funding, investments, and social media management. Later that same year, they were promoted to HR Manager at Acorai, overseeing personnel, salary, pension, and personnel development.

During their work at Acorai, Dan also served as a Floorball Referee for the Swedish Floorball Association, starting in 2020.

Dan Vikstrom started their education in 2009 when they attended Thoren Business School, where they obtained their Upper Secondary Economist degree in the Business Programme. Dan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Economics at Uppsala University from 2018 to 2020. Following that, Dan attended Umeå University in 2020 and 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, specifically Political Philosophy.

In 2012, Dan had a brief period of education at Stockholm School of Economics, although the degree obtained during this time is unspecified. Additionally, in 2015 to 2017, they attended Actors Studio Stockholm, where they earned a study certificate for completing "The theater intensive" program in Acting.

Dan has also obtained additional certifications throughout their education. In March 2019, they received eight certificates from Marginal Revolution University in Economics, Economic History, International Trade, and more. Dan later obtained another certification in July 2022 from the Gapminder Foundation, acquiring an Upgraded Worldview in UN Goals, with a focus on UN Goal 3, UN Goal 8, UN Goal 9, and Refugees.
