Eric Ramirez has over a decade of experience in the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) sector, with a strong background in origination and securitization. Ramirez began as an Analyst at Iron Hound Management Company, LLC, before advancing to a Vice President role at Wells Fargo, focusing on large loan CMBS origination. Following this, Ramirez worked at IH Capital LLC in CMBS origination for BNY/Mellon. Since September 2016, Ramirez has held the position of Managing Director and Head of Eastern Region Originations at ACORE Capital. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Drew University.
