Jon Roy

Jon Roy is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale global real estate portfolios and facilities operations. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at Acosta Group since July 2023, Jon previously held various leadership roles at Fanatics, Inc. from July 2010 to July 2023, including Director of Real Estate & Facilities, where a proven track record in strategic planning and operational excellence was demonstrated. Responsibilities included overseeing global corporate office capital budgets and managing environments for over 100 locations. Earlier career highlights include positions at Wells Fargo and Target Corporation, where sales, service performance, and project management capabilities were developed. Jon holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida.
