Gary Self

Gary Self is an experienced professional in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, currently serving as the Director Ingles Team Leader and Customer Business Manager at Acosta since September 2018. Prior to this role, Gary was the US Branch Manager at Elasto Proxy Inc. from February 2016 to September 2018, focusing on innovative rubber sealing solutions. A significant part of Gary's career was spent at General Mills from March 1991 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing accounts that generated substantial sales and overseeing various well-known brands. Gary began his career as an Advertising Sales Executive at ADVO Direct Mail Advertising and worked as a Sales Marketing Coordinator at BILO. Gary holds a Master's degree in Christian Ministries and Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
