John Aune

John Aune is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing management. Currently serving as Business Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing since August 2013, Aune previously held the role of Vice President at W. Newell & Co from May 2005 to August 2009 and served in various capacities at C. H. Robinson, including Business Development from November 2009 to June 2011. Aune was the President and Owner of Bright Star Sales & Marketing from June 2011 to June 2013, and prior to that, held multiple executive roles at Supervalu Inc, including Vice President in the Eastern Region from January 2001 to January 2005. Earlier career experiences include Vice President of Marketing and Category Management in the Northwest Region from January 1999 to January 2001 and several positions at Supervalu, Inc from January 1982 to January 1986. Aune obtained an Associate of Science degree from the University of Mary, where studies were completed between 1982 and 1988.
