Stephen Decasas

Stephen DeCasas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fitness and customer service. Currently serving as a Travel Merchandiser at Acosta since July 2022, Stephen has also been an Exercise Physiologist and Self Defense Expert at DeCasas Fitness Systems since March 2005, where high-intensity training programs are personally designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals. As the owner, Stephen oversees all operations of the gym, including client training, programming for different age groups, nutritional counseling, and marketing. Previous roles include Customer Service Associate II at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Head Coach at UFC GYM. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico, and has completed coursework at California State University, Northridge, and Mission Viejo High School.
