Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson is the current Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Acosta. Todd has held this position since April 2008. Prior to their current role, Todd served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) from July 2003 to March 2014. Todd was also a Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Fidelity National Financial from September 1993 to October 2002. Todd began their career as a Partner at Driver & Johnson LLP from November 2002 to June 2003.

Todd Johnson attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General. Todd then attended Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Finally, they attended Duke University School of Law and received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Law.
