Phil Grace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the flooring industry, particularly in carpet manufacturing. As Co-Founder and Global Director at Acoufelt since April 2013, Phil has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and innovation. Prior to this, Phil held various senior leadership positions at ec.group, including Non Executive Director, Sales Director, Managing Director, and General Manager, contributing to the company's success over a span of more than three decades until November 2016. Phil Grace's educational background includes completion of studies at Vermont High School.
