ACOUSTICKLE: Music & Magic since 2009

We are an independent live music event that works on a number of levels to make each Acoustickle a special experience:

ATMOSPHERE: Feel relaxed, inspired and uplifted in our multi-sensory immersive event space, decorated with flowers, fabrics fairy lights, with scents of incense and candles, food and drink, and the brilliant live acts, DJ and stage host all night.

MUSIC: The emerging artists write original music with a special quality that we want to share because we believe their talent deserves encouragement and recognition. You're likely to hear a wide selection of genres, but especially Black music styles of jazz, soul, neo soul, hip hop and RnB, plus spoken word poetry.

IN THE MOMENT: Some performances at Acoustickle are a 1 of 1, never seen before. Sometimes we request artist collaborations, and sometimes it's the first ever gig of a booked live act. We cherish these interactions.

INDEPENDENT SPIRIT: We invite local businesses to exhibit at our events. You can usually grab hot food or dessert, and shop from pop up stalls held by talented designers, makers, crafters and henna tattoo artists.

COMMUNITY: Acoustickle is a child of Nottingham, with international ambition. Our birthplace is one of diversity, talent and collaboration, and we love to see our audience happily networking with like-minded souls.
