Acquaverderiso was founded in 2015 with the ambitious idea to bring the sensorial analysis already applied to many Italian drinks and foods also to rice, generally considered a commodity without flavour and taste.
Acquaverderiso offers basic, medium and professional courses on rice varieties, its recognition in the market, its use in the kitchen. up to professional courses for Rice Tasters.
Acquaverderiso conducts test of Sensorial Analysis applied to rice, its derivates, on raw or cooked products, for giving objective values both in the activity of development/production and marketing/commercialization.
