Paul Li

Paul Li, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Acquco, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP - Head of Data & Analytics at Acquco starting in 2021.

Before joining Acquco, Paul worked at Microsoft for a significant period of time. Paul held the role of Principal Data Scientist from February 2018 to their departure in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Data Scientist from December 2013 to February 2018. Paul also served as a Program Manager from April 2007 to December 2013.

Paul's earlier experiences include being a Data Analyst at IBM from August 2005 to March 2006 and a Software Researcher at ABB from June 2005 to September 2005. Paul also worked as a Research Intern at IBM from May 2004 to September 2004 and at Avaya from May 2003 to September 2003.

Paul Li, Ph.D. has a strong educational background in the field of information science and computer software engineering.

Paul completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics - Actuarial Statistics from the University of Virginia in 2001.

Afterwards, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed in 2006.

Paul Li then went on to the University of Washington, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Sciences in 2014.

Continuing their education at the University of Washington, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Science in 2016.
