Amit Garg

Amit Garg is the CFO at Acqueon Technologies. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Excelity Global from June 2015 to June 2020. During their time at Excelity Global, they were responsible for the buildup and divestment of the company from Everstone Capital to Ceridian HCM. Amit also successfully integrated the businesses acquired from Aon into seven legal entities in India, China, Singapore, and Philippines.

Under Amit's leadership, the entire Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate and Administrations ecosystem was set-up in a short span of 9 months across all the regions globally. Amit was accountable to shareholders/investors for company wide responsibility for business strategy, finance , accounting, tax, decision support and other shared services functions located in India, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

Amit has strategically planned & implemented systems, policies & procedures in the areas of Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Procurement and Administration to initiate and control finance, projected towards organizational goals to maximize profitability and generate revenue across India, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. Amit has assessed and evaluated financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals budgets and forecasts. Amit has provided insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization and presented monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget and weekly cash flow, while constantly monitoring month-end closures by reviewing procedures and existing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.

Amit Garg has a CFA from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Motorola University, APAC, and a CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Amit also has a BA (H) in Sociology from Sri Venkateshwar College, South Campus, and a XII in Commerce from Green Fields Public School.
