Benoît Monet has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Benoît started their career as an Assistant Supply Chain Manager/Inventory Controller at Groupe SEB, where they were responsible for stock controlling and reverse logistics operations. Benoît then worked as a Trade Adviser at the FRENCH TRADE COMMISSION, focusing on energy, infrastructure, and transport. At BNP Paribas, they held the role of Senior Consultant in Retail Banking, participating in the restructuring of the banking system and providing assistance to clients. Benoît also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Sopra Steria Consulting, specializing in the integration of social media and client relationship management in the banking industry. Later, they joined PCCW GLOBAL Limited as a Business Analyst, focusing on corporate development, market analysis, and client success management. Benoît then worked at Euromonitor International as a Senior Account Manager, where they provided expert research support to clients and secured contract renewals. Currently, they are working at Acquia as a Team Lead in Customer Success.

Benoît Monet received a Baccalauréat in Economic Sciences from the French International School of Kuala Lumpur (LFKL), Malaysia in 2004. Benoît then completed a Master's in Management at IPAG Paris-Nice Business School from 2004 to 2008. In 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Trilingual European MBA in International Business/Trade/Commerce from three different institutions: AUDENCIA NANTES-School of Management, Universidad La Commercial de Deusto in Spain, and University of Bradford in England.
