Chandan Kumar

Chandan Kumar has a strong background in IT infrastructure and system administration. Chandan started their career at Goip Global Service Ltd as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT systems. Chandan then worked at Sharp Solution Inc. as a System Administrator specializing in Linux systems.

In 2011, Chandan joined E-Centric Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Senior Linux Admin, where they continued to gain experience in system administration. After that, they moved on to HCL Comnet Limited, where they worked as a Senior Specialist.

In 2015, Chandan joined Octane Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as an Infrastructure Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the availability and accessibility of all IT infrastructures supporting the company's business SLAs. Chandan also managed the setup and management of server infrastructure on the cloud and implemented advanced monitoring tools and techniques to achieve maximum uptime.

Currently, Chandan is working at Acquia as a Senior Cloud System Engineer. Chandan recently transitioned to the role of Principal Cloud Operations Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing cloud operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the company's cloud systems.

Throughout their career, Chandan has demonstrated strong technical skills, team management abilities, and a focus on implementing efficient processes and achieving targets.

Chandan Kumar obtained an MCA degree in Network and Software from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they became a Redhat Certified Engineer with a focus on RHCE and RHCA from NEW HORIZONS INDIA LTD. Chandan Kumar also holds certifications as a Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer from Google and as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional. Chandan obtained the Google certification in February 2023 and the Scrum Alliance certification in January 2023. In 2014, Chandan Kumar obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN.
