Ellen Gillis

Ellen is a seasoned leader who has spent her career developing talent and creating programs and processes to maximize employee potential. She thrives in fast-paced environments and quickly creates strong partnerships with people, driving them toward growth.

Leaders have said Ellen’s “superpower” is her ability to listen and guide others. She is a veteran coach, having worked with leaders and employees at all levels to create action plans for change.

Prior to Acquia, Ellen ran her own consulting and coaching business, Gillis Group for five years. Before that she worked in L&D and HR with companies like Rue Gilt Groupe, Digitas LBI and Reebok International. She lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
