Jan Linhart

Jan Linhart has over 14 years of experience in software engineering and development. Jan started their career as a freelancer in 2006, specializing in Joomla development. In 2012, they joined easy.cz as a Joomla developer until 2014. Jan then worked at Mautic as a software engineer from 2014 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Software Engineer, Team Lead, and Scrum Master at Acquia since May 2019.

Jan Linhart holds a Master's degree in Information Systems in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Jan also participated in the Erasmus program at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2011. Before that, they completed an internship in IBM Czech Republic, spol. s.r.o., Prague, in 2009-2010. Jan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague from 2006 to 2010. Jan completed their Maturity examination in Mechanical Engineering at the Secondary School of Engineering Betlémská 1, Prague, from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Jan has obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master I and a Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in 2021.
