Currently serving as CTO and CIO at Acquirz Ltd since January 2023 and as Founder of Limacons since January 2022, Mark previously held similar positions at BlueVenn from August 2013 to January 2022 and Blue Sheep from June 2000 to September 2020. Mark began a career in information services as Head of Information Services at Covance Laboratories from April 1997 to June 2000, following an earlier role as Senior Application Developer. Mark's experience includes positions at Technical Software Design Ltd as an Application Developer and as a KTP Associate at British Steel. Mark's educational background includes a BEng Hons degree in Computer Science from the University of York, focusing on neural networks, natural language processing, parallelism, and user interface design, along with further education at Teesside University and East Durham College.
