Come as you are - you’re welcome here. This is my guarantee that I'm interested in you and your experience no matter what it is. That's why I chose this profession: I love people and I love helping maximize their wellbeing.

Now you: this is your one precious life. Racing thoughts, hopelessness, irritability, poor focus, addiction, fatigue, feeling misunderstood or judged or gaslighted all diminish your vitality, creativity & relationships. That's not the way life should be. Good psychotherapy promotes healing - not dependence - and allows you to resume building a life that has meaning and value to you. Good psychotherapy works.

Neuropsychotherapy produces better outcomes faster. My purpose is to help you heal and move on feeling and functioning the best you ever have so you can return to building a life that has meaning and value to you. I’m a 43yo psychotherapist specializing in effective, confidential, affirming (not based on the deficit & disorder model), healing-focused assessment & neuropsychotherapy for trauma and the full spectrum of mood difficulties including depression, bipolar, & anger as well as anxiety, obsessive compulsion, substance abuse, relationship problems, and personality difficulties. I assess and treat adults and adolescents 12+ in Colorado & Washington of all neurotypes, identities, genders, races, politics, and beliefs. I care deeply for the people and treat, I work well with clients who struggle in traditional talk therapy, and I bring a wealth of professional and personal experience to my practice.

Visit my website, see my approach, and book a session especially if you or someone you know is suffering. I want to help you in any way that I can.
