Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services for Acre, Kate leads an EMEA team that specializes in executive search, interim, and talent advisory services related to sustainability. With previous roles as Head of Banking & Insurance and Principal Consultant, Kate has extensive experience partnering with FTSE 100 and 250 companies to address senior recruitment needs in ESG, sustainable finance, and climate risk. Prior to their current position, Kate worked at Hanson Search as a Senior Consultant in healthcare communications and managed a team of researchers while gaining a comprehensive understanding of various communication sectors. Kate holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Regent's University London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Politics from University College Dublin.
