Previously, Richard was a Non-Executive Director at Altum Group from July 2017 to December 2022, and Richard led MWA as Chief Executive from 1994 until its acquisition by Randstad in 2006. Richard began their career at Michael Page in various managerial roles and completed a finance training program at Johnson Matthey. Richard's educational background includes degrees from Sheffield Hallam University and Long Road Sixth Form College.
