Robin Hyndley

Robin Hyndley has accumulated extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industry.

From 2021 to present, Robin has been serving as the Head of Business Development at Acre, an integrated mortgage, protection, and GI sourcing platform. In this role, Robin is responsible for empowering mortgage brokers and optimizing the home-buying process.

Prior to Acre, Robin worked at ManageMy from 2020 to 2021 as a Business Development Consultant. Their role involved addressing challenges in the insurance industry and improving customer experiences.

From 2019 to 2020, Robin held various roles at Sesame Bankhall Group, including Market Solutions Director and Proposition Development Consultant. They were instrumental in developing strategies related to proposition development.

At Aviva, Robin worked from 2016 to 2019 and held positions such as Propositions Director - Strategic Partners and Global Accident & Health Regional Director UK&I. During this time, Robin focused on bringing the voice of the customer and partners to life, launching disruptive protection propositions, and driving proposition innovation.

From 2013 to 2016, Robin served as the Head of A&H - UK&I at ACE Group, where they were responsible for leading the largest Accident and Health (A&H) team in the UK and achieving profitability targets.

Robin also gained experience at Genworth Financial from 2011 to 2013, where they held the positions of Global Reinsurance Director and Vice President Direct Distribution. They played a vital role in driving growth and managing business development in various regions.

Earlier in their career, Robin worked at ReMark International as the Head of ReMark Europe and General Manager ReMark UK from 2005 to 2011. They implemented a structured approach to business development, driving propositional innovation and creating an omni-channel proposition.

Before ReMark International, Robin held the role of Head of Direct and Affinity Marketing at Cardif Pinnacle from 2002 to 2005, and Business Development Director at PING from 2001 to 2002.

Lastly, Robin began their career as the Head of Distribution at Western Provident Association from 1999 to 2001.

Robin Hyndley completed their O and A Levels at Oxted School from 1980 to 1986. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, earning a BA Hons from an unspecified institution between 1986 and 1989.
