Pei Chen has held a variety of roles in the finance and medical services industries. From 2023 to present, they have served as a Strategy Analysis Manager at ACROBiosystems. From 2022 to 2023, they were a Senior Investment Associate and Investment Associate at 百楞资本 BR Capital, where they provided financial advisory service for promising startups in life science, medtech and medical service. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Chief Executive Assistant at 北京欧普科技有限公司. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Business Project Manager at 中国药对外贸易有限公司, where they were responsible for the import of IVD reagents, guiding distributors to formulate sales plans, facilitating pre-market authorization, sourcing strategic product and evaluating the feasibility of in-licensing, and preparing the bidding documents to participate in the procurement of TOP customers.

Pei Chen obtained a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpreting (English-Chinese) from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Southwest University in 2015.
