Sofia E. has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Sofia began their career in 2010 as an HR Generalist for California Creative Solutions, Inc. In 2014, they joined BioLegend as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations, labor and employment law, business administration, training and development, worker's comp, safety, leaves and HR initiatives.
