Jared Smith has extensive work experience in the software support and technical services fields. Jared started their career in 2015 at Epic as a Technical Services Engineer and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined Acrolinx as a Technical Support Engineer and was promoted to Team Lead Software Support in April 2021. From July 2022 to October 2022, they served as the Interim Director of Support at Acrolinx.

Jared Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Jared also has additional certifications in Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ Trained and KCS v6 Fundamentals from the Consortium for Service Innovation.
