Andy Herder is an aviation business leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management. They began their career at Goodrich as an Engineer and Project Engineer from 1997 to 2001. Andy then held various leadership roles at L3Harris Commercial Aviation as Director of Engineering and Product Line Director until 2023, and continues to serve as VP/GM of Flight Displays, Navigation, and Satcom at Acron Aviation. They have also been involved with L3 Technologies as Engineering Director, Supervisor, and Manager from 2012 to 2023. Currently, Andy is pursuing a degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Michigan State University.
