Ashley Taylor

Ashley Taylor currently serves as the Senior HR Director, HR Business Partner, and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Acronis, overseeing talent acquisition in a dynamic environment while partnering with various departments to enhance employee engagement and strategic development. Previously, Ashley held multiple roles at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on talent acquisition marketing, strategy development for experienced hires, and managing recruiting operations across North America. Earlier experience includes leading talent acquisition efforts at Fidelity Investments, where significant contributions were made to recruitment processes and employee engagement programs. Ashley holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Marketing from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, complemented by studies at Imperial College London.
