Boris Chekaev is an experienced team leader in technical support with a strong background in building and managing support services. Currently at SIT Alemira since October 2021, Boris focuses on support service development. Boris previously held senior leadership roles at CloudBlue, including Senior Team Leader in Technical Support and Technical Support Team Lead for CloudBlue Support. Prior experience includes critical roles at Datacom and CloudBlue, where responsibilities encompassed team management and outsourcing efforts. Boris began a career in IT support at VTB24, expanding expertise from IT support specialist duties to technical support engineering at Parallels, alongside academic achievements of Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Altai State University.
