Radu Plesa

Radu Plesa is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in both embedded systems and network services. Currently serving as a Golang/C++ Software Developer at Acronis since August 2021, Radu focuses on the development of multi-threaded network services for the Acronis Cyber Protect Project. Prior experience includes a software engineer role at Luxoft and leading a team at SII Romania, where Radu developed an inductive Wireless Power Charger compliant with AUTOSAR standards. Additionally, Radu contributed to Enea Software in the development of IPC technology for real-time systems and worked as a C++ Software Engineer at Imagination Technologies on simulation modules for PowerVR Graphics Processors. Radu began the career as a developer intern at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science in Bucharest, applying CUDA architecture in medical image processing. Radu holds a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control and Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
