Acronis
Warren has been appointed to chair the Acronis board by EQT.
Warren Adelman has more than 25 years of experience leading and advising high-growth technology companies. Warren spent a decade at GoDaddy.com (NYSE:GDDY), as both an executive and board member. Starting as VP, Business Development, then taking on infrastructure and products as Chief Operating Officer, including GoDaddy’s customer care and sales operation, to President and, after a sale to private equity in 2011, to CEO.
In addition to his experience as an executive officer, Warren has served on several public and private technology company boards, including SendGrid, which went public in 2017 and was later sold to Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) and SecureNet Payments, which was sold to Worldpay. In addition to his director role at EQT portfolio company Acronis, Warren currently serves as Lead Independent director at Digital Ocean (NYSE:DOCN), and as a director at Yotpo and Artlist.io.
He is currently the managing director of Nativ Group, an investment firm he founded in 2013, focused on innovative, technology-driven businesses.
Warren has been awarded more than 20 patents related to Internet infrastructure and security.
Warren holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Canada.
