Swapnil Ranadive

Swapnil Ranadive has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Swapnil started their career as a Senior Engineer at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. in 1994 and later worked as a Senior Executive at Mahindra Intertrade Ltd. from 1998 to 2001. Swapnil then joined 3i Infotech as a Regional Sales Manager from 2001 to 2007. Swapnil then moved on to Polaris Software Lab Ltd. where they held the positions of Asst. Vice President from 2007 to 2012 and Vice President from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they worked as a Director at Virtusa from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Swapnil became the Chief Revenue Officer at Intellect Select Limited. Swapnil also served as the UK & Europe Sales Leader at Acronotics Limited in 2021 before taking on their current role as Director at Cyphernity Ltd.

Swapnil Ranadive completed an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they obtained a BE (Mech) degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, during the same period from 1990 to 1994, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Before their higher education, Swapnil completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in General Studies from OLPS from 1975 to 1988.

In terms of additional certifications, Swapnil obtained the following: an edX Verified Certificate for Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market in October 2021 from edX, a Siemens Digital Industries Software Sales Rep Certificate in August 2021 from Siemens Digital Industries Software, an AWS Business Professional certification in April 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and a Global Leadership Development Program certification in September 2019 from the NTL Institute.
