Acropolis Management, Inc. is a local, full-service  property management company founded in 1985 with a corporate office based in Thousand Oaks, CA. Our current portfolio consists of single-family, multi-unit apartment complexes, and commercial buildings throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.

Our Mission is three-fold (1) Provide superior management and support for both large and small properties. (2) Streamline internal operations for maximum efficiency and productivity while implementing cost-savings systems to decrease expenses and increase ROI for property owners. (3) Maintain the highest and most ethical standards in the industry, exceeding the demands of both property owners and tenants. 

TS Properties is the professional in-house maintenance division of Acropolis Management Inc. It provides expert emergency and non-emergency repairs at a substantial savings to clients. The full-service maintenance division is also skilled at major and minor renovations. This includes: preparing properties for lease, upgrading plumbing and electrical, installation of flooring, cabinets, appliance, and more.
