David Cadena is a Senior Vegetation Management Inspector and ISA TRAQ Certified Arborist contracted to PG&E’s vegetation management program in the San Francisco Bay Area, where they work to ensure reliable electricity delivery and mitigate wildfire risk. They have previous experience as a Senior Vegetation Management Inspector at ACRT Pacific and an Animal Care Intern at Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and their interests include ecology, land management, and natural disaster mitigation. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, playing video games, playing guitar, and practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
