Michael Hong is an experienced Estimating Arborist at ACRT Pacific since December 2019, focusing on tree compliance around power lines while coordinating with PGE maintenance and compliance teams for construction-related tree work. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Consulting Utility Forester at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where responsibilities included conducting dedicated patrols for high voltage power lines and ensuring adherence to wildfire safety compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as an Agricultural Technician with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, where monitoring and servicing insect traps for invasive pests occurred. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from San Jose State University, awarded in 2018.
