Simon Moore

Simon Moore is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of finance and operational leadership experience across startups, scale-ups, and global organizations. They held CFO/COO roles at BDG architecture + design and Harmonic, where they led various initiatives beyond finance, including IT strategy and commercial contracts. Most recently, Simon served as Interim Finance Director at JTP, implementing a new finance and operations tech stack during a major transformation program. Currently, Simon is the FinOps Director at Acrylicize. They have international experience establishing businesses in the US, South America, and China, demonstrating adaptability and a strong commercial mindset in diverse environments.
