Robert Gettys

Robert Gettys has a wide range of experience in various leadership roles. Robert currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at ACS Technologies, where they have transformed the engineering team and works closely with the CEO to drive organizational growth. In their role, they report directly to the Board of Directors to share strategic plans and operational results. Prior to this, Robert was the VP of Business Development at Grace Hill from 2018 to 2021. Before that, as an Executive Consultant at Entrepreneur, they provided consulting services from 2017 to 2018. Robert also has a strong background in technology, serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Grace Hill E-Learning for Property Management from 2010 to 2017. During their tenure, they played a key role in transforming the company and managing the development teams responsible for the company's learning management system and course library. Before that, Robert was a Senior Consultant at North Wind, Inc., where they significantly grew the client base and expanded product offerings.

Robert Gettys has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Clemson University. Robert also attended Dale Carnegie Training and completed a program called Leadership Beyond the Theory. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications, including Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary), NoSQL Essential Training, and Strategic Thinking, all of which were obtained from LinkedIn in March 2021.
