Daniel Castonguay has a diverse work experience history. Daniel started their career at Abbott Church Goods as a Salesman from January 2004 to April 2010. Daniel then joined Apple in July 2011, where they worked in various roles including Specialist, User Experience Testing, Family Room Specialist, and Genius, gaining expertise in customer service, technical support, and software repair. In 2017, they joined ACSIS, Inc. as a Tier 2 Customer Support, later transitioning to Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and currently serving as the Chief Software Architect.

Daniel Castonguay attended Rowan College at Burlington County from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied Computer Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Impinj Platform Training from Impinj in March 2019, iOS Qualification from Pearson VUE in May 2014, Mac Pro (Late 2013) Service Qualification from Pearson VUE in January 2014, Apple Certified Mac Technician from Prometric in June 2013, MacBook Air (Mid 2013 and Early 2014) Service Qualification from Prometric in June 2013, MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012) Service Qualification from Prometric in June 2013, MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid-2012) Service Qualification from Prometric in June 2013, and iMac (Late 2012) Service Qualification from Prometric in May 2013.
