Ritesh Shetty

Ritesh Shetty has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ritesh currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Acsys International Ltd. Prior to this, they held the CEO position at Flowserve Sanmar LTD from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Managing Director at Delta Copper FZE from 2007 to 2018, where they were responsible for strategy development, business development, sourcing, risk management, and team motivation. Ritesh also served as the Managing Director at DELTA TRANS CONDUCTORS PVT LTD from 1998 to 2018, focusing on strategy, business development, sourcing, risk management, and team motivation. Additionally, Ritesh Shetty worked as the Managing Director at Rima Transformers & Conductors Pvt. Ltd. from 1998 to 2018, where they primarily focused on strategy development.

Ritesh Shetty completed their Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In 1988, they attended the University of Mumbai for their Junior College education, studying Science. Ritesh Shetty completed their high school education at St Xaviers High School, where they studied from 1982 to 1988. Additionally, in 1997-1998, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Strategy & Industrial Finance at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
